Covid-19 Office Update
To our Valued Patients and Friends:
We are excited to continue to serve you in this pandemic time! We truly enjoy seeing everyone and connect in person. We wanted to communicate to you the safety measures we implement at our office. It is important to remember that our office has always utilized personal protective equipment and safety protocols that have exceeded all traditional CDC guidelines. However, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic we have instituted additional guidelines and protocols to ensure your safety.
Below is a list of some of the enhanced precautions we have taken to protect you in addition to extensive team training on infection control and patient management procedures. Our daily goal is your safety and dedication to serving well. It’s our simple mission statement and something we take seriously.

Daily non-toxic HOCl fogger is one of many precautions we take for a safe and clean space. The disinfectant fog reaches multiple surfaces in a room providing a thorough approach for sanitizing.
Safety Measures
We will be emailing you a questionnaire and an updated health history form prior to your dental appointment. Please
return it to us prior to your arrival to the office.
We ask that you brush your teeth prior to coming to the office.
Upon arriving we will ask you several screening questions and we will take your temperature using a non-contact
laser thermometer.
We ask that you remain in your car should you arrive at the office early. Avoid coming with anyone else to your
appointment. Parents, please bring only the children who have confirmed appointments to the office.
We will maintain social distancing in the reception area. We have structured our schedule to reduce the number of people in the reception area. The outside hallway area may be utilized if the reception area gets crowded.
We have removed amenities and magazines in the reception area to limit the transfer of germs of any kind.
Hand sanitizers will be available in the reception area, and throughout the office.
We will require a mask to be worn by all patients upon entering the office.
We will have sneeze guards or droplet barriers at all reception areas.
We will be directing you towards your assigned operatory room. Instead of getting you from the reception area, the hygienist or dental assistant with whom you will work will be waiting for you in front of your assigned operatory room.
We will work with you to make payment arrangements in advance to avoid delays and allow a contactless exit from your dental appointment.
We have installed HEPA air purifiers in treatment rooms to manage and remove germs from air circulation.
Team members will wear gowns, masks, head caps and face shields. Our front desk team members will be in scrubs and masks.
We will be taking team members temperatures at the start of each work day.
We will have longer appointment times for you to prepare and complete all appointment tasks and duties in the safest and most comprehensive manner.
We provide teledentistry as a way to communicate with you. Teledentistry allows you to get answers to dental questions and address dental concerns at the safety of your own home.
We will provide disease testing recommendations for the detection of exposure to viruses.
We have developed strict protocols of managing potential exposure from team members who may show symptoms or have been exposed to coronavirus.
Please know that under our masks, we are smiling!
These items will of course be reviewed and modified when we learn and develop new safety measures in the future. Please be patient with us as we figure out new operational systems to serve you. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we learn new ways of taking care of you and each other.
