To remain eligible for coverage, you simply need to stay up to date with your recommended hygiene visits of every 4 or 6 months, which provided by our dental team.

Implant Dentistry
Patients receiving a dental implant will have a warranty on the dental implant and implant restoration for five years. Warranty covers damage or failure of implant or implant restoration. Patients will need to be up-to-date with their recommended hygiene re-care visits to maintain this warranty.
Dental Crowns
Patients receiving a dental crown will have a warranty on the dental crown for five years. Warranty covers damage or failure of the dental crowns. Patients will need to be up-to-date with recommended hygiene re-care visits to maintain this warranty.
Dental Fillings
Patients receiving a dental filling will have a warranty on their dental filling for two years. Warranty covers damage or failure of the dental filling. Patients will need to be up-to-date with recommended hygiene re-care visits to maintain this warranty.
