Dr. Julie Vu, DDS

Education and Continuing Education
I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in General Biology with a focus in Molecular, Cellular, and Development at the University of Washington. Upon completing my undergraduate studies, I then continued my education at the UW School of Dentistry where I earned my Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS). My strong passion for learning and honing my skills, led me to Salt Lake City, Utah where I trained an additional year in a General Practice Residency program and developed advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and more.
Why I Love Dentistry
My favorite part of dentistry is being able to forge trusting relationships with my patients so that they feel comfortable the second they walk in to our office. It’s no secret that the dental office is not everyone’s favorite place to be but whether you have a history of strong dental fears or a joy for being in the dental chair, my goal is to make your concerns feel heard. My empathetic treatment philosophy is centered around providing high quality care and ensuring that my patient’s needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Family and Fun
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my free time traveling, exploring the outdoors, and fueling my new-founded hobby of baking. A bucket list goal of mine is to visit every National Park in the country! As a native of the PNW, I am also a diehard Seahawks and Huskies fan and love spending my weekends cheering them on.
