Alfadhli Abu

Dr. Alfadhli Abu, known to his patients as Dr. Al, is a highly trained general and implant dentist who combines advanced clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people smile with confidence. Dr. Al earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Washington before completing his dental degree at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Long Beach, California, where he received advanced training in surgical and cosmetic dentistry. Driven to further specialize, Dr. Al completed a two-year Oral Implantology and Implant Prosthodontics Fellowship at Brookdale University Hospital in New York. This advanced training allows him to perform complex procedures such as dental implant placement, bone grafting, sinus augmentations, aesthetic soft-tissue management, and implant restorations ranging from single teeth to full-mouth rehabilitation. What Dr. Al loves most about dentistry is the ability to change lives in ways that go far beyond teeth. He finds deep fulfillment in helping patients who haven’t smiled in years regain their confidence and feel like themselves again. While many of those impacts happen quietly, it’s the occasional heartfelt “thank you” from a patient that reminds him why he chose this profession. Dr. Al feels privileged to serve his community and is especially passionate about delivering high-quality, comprehensive care in the area of dental implantology. Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Dr. Al has spent most of his life in the Seattle area and proudly considers himself a lifelong Washingtonian. Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends.
